November 12-14, 2026 ยท Denver, Colorado

The Music Policy Forum proudly invites you to MPF 2026: Let's See Action! For three days and three nights, our community of music stakeholders will gather in Denver, Colorado, to strategize, network, learn, and pursue our common goal of catalyzing music ecosystems.

Thursday, November 12 MPF 2026

Our annual public conference, where we highlight ideas, strategies, and critical perspectives with the widest possible audience. This year we are partnering with Rocky Mountain Public Media to incorporate presenters and audiences around the world. Delegates are invited to join us in the studio audience to participate in this historic global event.

Friday, November 13 Music Policy Forum Intensive

Our day-long, invitation-only, off-the-record convening of leading music advocates and stakeholders. Delegates cycle through facilitated small-group discussions alongside artists, policymakers, nonprofit leaders, venue operators, and other community stakeholders, leaving with stronger relationships, sharper thinking, and shared best practices. Note: because of the design of this program, registrations are very limited.

Saturday, November 14 MPF On Campus

An afternoon convening focusing specifically on local music ecosystems' relationship with institutions of higher education. Through partnerships with regional universities and colleges, we will bring students, faculty, and administrators together with local, regional, and national music stakeholders. Using an MPF Intensive approach to collaboration, the day will explore how local music and institutions of higher education can be mutually reinforcing. National delegates are welcome to attend but should not feel obligated if they would prefer to use that time networking or exploring Denver.

Three Nights Live Music & Fellowship

Let live music and fellowship nourish you between sessions. Evening showcases curated and produced by Mishawaka Presents and the Colorado Music Industry Alliance will demonstrate some of the best that the Colorado music scene has to offer. Registrants will have free access to these performances.

MPF remains committed to making our events as economically accessible as possible. The $250 registration fee supports MPF with the cost of producing the events and provides you with non-stop content, networking, and music - in the heart of Denver, Colorado. We can't wait to welcome you.
